What data we collect
This website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party scripts. The site does not set non-essential cookies. We collect personal data only when you choose to email us by clicking the contact link or by writing to [email protected]. In that case we receive: your email address, your name (if disclosed by you), and the contents of your message, including any attachments and metadata supplied by your email client.
Why we use the data
We use the data you send us solely to read and respond to your inquiry, to evaluate possible pilot or partnership opportunities, and to maintain a record of correspondence. We do not use it for marketing unless you explicitly request to be contacted again.
Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR / Israel PPL)
Under the EU and UK GDPR, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where you initiated the contact, the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)). Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981, processing is based on the consent implied by your decision to contact us.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry correspondence for 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted unless retention is required to defend a legal claim or comply with a legal obligation.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or share personal data. Email you send to us is processed by our email service provider in the ordinary course of message delivery and storage; that provider may be located outside your country of residence. We do not engage any other processors.
International transfers
If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your message may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions outside the EEA / UK as part of normal email delivery. Where required by law, such transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.
Your rights
Subject to the limits of applicable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and request a copy in a portable format. Exercise any of these rights by writing to [email protected].
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe your data has been mishandled, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. If you are in Israel, you may complain to the Privacy Protection Authority (PPA).
