Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at edgeinteligence.com (the “Site”), operated by Daniel Golzman (“Edge Intelligence”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Nature of this Site
This Site is a personal, non-commercial showcase operated by Daniel Golzman to present concepts, capabilities, and goals under the working name “Edge Intelligence”. The Site does not offer or sell any product or service. It is not advertising, not a solicitation, and not a binding offer. Any description of capabilities, performance, roadmap, or partnerships is illustrative and forward-looking, and does not constitute a commitment, warranty, representation, or undertaking. Commercial relationships, including pilot engagements, are governed exclusively by separate written agreements signed by both parties.
Forward-looking statements
Statements on the Site about future products, capabilities, performance, deployments, partnerships, or timelines reflect current intent and are subject to change without notice. Targets such as “sub-100ms” or “on-device” describe design goals for an early-stage preview and are not measured guarantees.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, layouts, source code, and the brand “Edge Intelligence” — is owned by Daniel Golzman or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
Third-party trademarks
NVIDIA and Jetson are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation. Apache and Apache Kafka are trademarks of the Apache Software Foundation. ONNX is a trademark of LF Projects, LLC. All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. References to such trademarks are descriptive and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe the rights of others, (c) attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or related infrastructure, (d) interfere with the operation of the Site, or (e) introduce malicious code.
External links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those websites.
No warranty
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Daniel Golzman be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual-property rights.
